Perfect 3 star hotel if all you need is a room with AC and comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful

Very nice 3 star hotel. it is not fancy but rooms and beds are good and AC was great.

Hot water is not always available in the morning but is in later afernoon evening

Pathetic. For that rate much better service available in Kisumu

Rooms are spacious

There was poor service. Receptionist could not use the visa machine. Staff unable to answer basic questions. TV did not have international channels. Wifi was too weak to use it on my smart phone. I had an early flight. Despite informing the hotel 1. Corridor was dark.2. nobody at reception to check me out. 3.no early breakfast despite it being paid for. I had to put on reception lights then get the gateman to call staff

Excellent stay, we felt there safe and well treated despite the hotel is located at busy streat, guard and electric fence is there. Big and clean swimming pool included. Good location - next to hotel are 2 shopping malls with grocery.

The best thing about this place is the breakfast and the kitchen staff. I will suggest noise proof window glasses and a bit of improvement for the overall hotel.

It's a good hotel with a huge pool (I never came across a similarly-sized hotel pool during my travels through Kenya, nor indeed elsewhere). My room and the breakfast buffet were both nice enough, though nothing special. The hotel is in a good location, near the central bus station and a big supermarket (could be closer to the lake, though).

The staff were very friendly and attentive. All my requests were speedily answered. The bed was heavenly and the room a pleasure to stay in. For its location, the hotel was quiet. The food choices were quiet good and the cooking very good.
